Gil Zilberman has been involved in the field of computer systems for local authorities for over 20 years and is an expert in the establishment and operation of information systems in local authorities, the engineering departments, in the planning committees. Since 2017, consultant to local authorities and planning and construction committees on a wide range of issues:
